Oyster Farming System
Match with Cylinder Oyster Seeding Mesh Tumbler, symmetrically bound by PA66 cable ties (1 piece 10L float for every 2 tumblers). Adjust suspension depth to 1.5-2m, and fix to aquaculture rafts with plastic storm clips to enhance wind resistance.
Seaweed/Shellfish Hanging Culture

III. Installation & Operation Steps

Inflation Preparation
Use the matching manual pump (recommended pressure 0.2-0.3MPa), insert into the top valve core. Inflate until the cylinder stands upright without depression (over-inflation may cause seal failure);
Test air tightness by applying soapy water to the valve—no bubbles indicate qualification.
System Assembly
- Connection with Tumblers: Bind to Cylinder Oyster Seeding Mesh Tumbler at pre-set Slots using 10mm width PA66 cable ties (wrap 3 circles at each end, tighten and cut excess to ≤5mm);
- Raft Fixation: Fix float groups to Φ20-30mm HDPE main cables with plastic storm clips, keeping 50-80cm between clips for even force distribution.
Depth Adjustment
Adjust buoyancy according to species: 15kg buoyancy per square meter for oyster seedling stage (1-3cm), 25kg for adult stage;
To sink to specific water layers, hang weights at the bottom, control depth by adding/removing weights.

IV. Maintenance & Care

Daily Inspection: Check valve tightness and surface damage weekly. Fill scratches (depth＞1mm) with special PET repair agent to prevent seawater infiltration;
Cleaning: Rinse surface with fresh water quarterly to remove algae (use soft brush, avoid steel wool);
Storage: Deflate and lay flat in dry, ventilated area during off-season. Avoid direct sunlight, stack no more than 5 layers (prevent extrusion deformation).

V. Safety Precautions

Avoid sharp objects or open flames; keep away from high-temperature operations like electric welding;
Use reinforced floats (5mm wall thickness) for water depth over 15m, with 20% buoyancy redundancy;
Recycle waste floats (100% recyclable PET) and prohibit arbitrary marine disposal.
