1. Vertical Storage System - A combination of high storage racks, stackers, and in/out storage conveyors. High storage racks are used for vertical space utilization, stackers transport battery pallets, and in/out storage conveyors essentially eliminate the worker error associated with conveying batteries.
2. Formation and Grading Equipment - Forming systems are used to activate new battery cells considering the stable active materials and the SEI film structure of a battery; grading systems, such as an ODM cell grading machine, measure battery capacity and subsequently segregate the batteries by levels according to the final result of measuring capacity. Both systems provide charge/discharge modes that due to the high precision technology, allow battery processes to be conducted using many different battery types, and there are also several battery options available for formation and grading.
