WORKING PRINCIPLE OF WOOD GRAIN TRANSFER PRINTING MACHINE

This aluminum wood grain transfer furnace employs bag extraction vacuum wood grain transfer printing, producing highly realistic wood grain, marble, and other finishes on the surface of transferred products. It is primarily designed for thermal transfer printing on metal surfaces treated via spraying, baking, electrophoresis, etc.

1. Furnace Body

Serves as the foundational component for assembling other parts and providing thermal insulation. Consists of an outer shell, insulation material, and frame.

2. Heating and Temperature Control System

The electrical control system comprises an electrical cabinet containing PLC, touchscreen, solenoid valves, switches, etc. Power requirements: Three-phase four-wire AC380V, 16KW (gas-fired), 130KW (electric-fired). All drag chain cables use high-flex, anti-break cables from major brands.

3. Vacuum Adhesion Device

Comprising a water ring vacuum pump, piping, vacuum suction heads, frame, and walking feed mechanism to achieve suction and adhesion of wood/stone pattern films.

4. Film Reverse-Blow Device

Interconnects a medium-pressure blower with vacuum suction heads. Performs reverse film blowing after profiles exit the furnace for rapid film removal and enhanced production efficiency.

5. Vacuum Auxiliary Frame

Comprising a fixed support, movable vacuum frame, and water tank. Serves as the working platform for profile loading and unloading.
