Overview

Our SA179 G-Type Finned Tube is manufactured using ASME SA179 seamless low-carbon steel tubing as the base material. G-type (embedded) fins, made from the same carbon steel, are installed on the outer surface of the tube to increase surface area and enhance heat transfer efficiency. Other fin materials, such as aluminum and copper, are available. The G-type fin process ensures a strong mechanical bond between the fins and the tube, ensuring high reliability under high temperature and vibration conditions in air-cooled heat exchangers, condensers, boilers, and other equipment.
