Portable outdoor stage with roof adopts an aluminum alloy truss structure, with a density only one-third that of steel. Each 2-meter section weighs just 9 kg and can be carried by two people. The roof is covered with PTFE/PVDF high-strength membrane, weighing 800–1,200 g per square meter. When folded, it occupies a volume of 0.15 m³, and a single pickup truck can transport enough material for a 200 m² stage.

Music stage construction has passed an 8-level wind tunnel test and supports a snow load of 25 kg/m². The base can be secured either with expansion bolts on concrete or with 120 kg self-weight steel plates, making it suitable for various ground conditions such as plazas, beaches, and farmland.

Outdoor Concert Stage features complete performance and long service life.

Portable Concert Stage has a lifespan of 10 years, and after 200 folding cycles, the membrane material retains 90% of its strength. All components are standardized, allowing free assembly for spans of 8–16 meters. Upgrades can be made simply by adding additional trusses or membrane panels, truly achieving "one-time investment, multiple reuses."

All the joints in the structure are equipped with quick-connect fittings that come with error-proof pins. This means there's no need for welding or bolts during assembly. A standard 12 m × 8 m stage can be put together by a team of 6 people in a mere 2 hours.

The roof and the truss are pre-tensioned as a single unit. This innovative design gets rid of the requirement for on-site re-tensioning tools and cuts the time spent on aerial work in half.

The aluminum material used has a natural oxide layer on its surface, and the membrane is coated with a self-cleaning layer. After being exposed to acid rain or salt spray for 720 hours, the weight loss is less than 0.1 g/m². When the structure is no longer in use, a simple rinse with clean water before packing is enough. There's no need for rust prevention measures, touch-up painting, or drying.
