Main Functions
BKCF Series Fully-Automatic High-Speed Rear-Suction Laminating Machine is a specialized
equipment developed by INNOVO Intelligent combining the best features of domestic and
international counterparts. It is specifically designed for premium wine boxes and high-end color
cardboard lamination, this machine offers optional configurations including high-speed automatic
paper feeding system, precision glue adjustment rollers, auto-position tracking system, HMI automatic
control, and non-stop paper feeding mechanism
Features
1. Paper Feeding system: Paper feeding system (Top paper, bottom paper) adopts an advanced
four suction & five feeding paper system, which can feed up to 10000 sheets of paper per hour. The
suction nozzle can be freely extended and retracted by ≥ 30mm, making it easy to adjust deformed and
curled paper, the adjustment knob uses steel wire transmission to adjust the height and tilt angle of the
suction nozzle. The action of the last two nozzles, combined with the front two nozzles, allows the
curled paper to be freely adjusted in height and smoothly transported to the coating system. It can also
be equipped with (a non-stop paper feeding system). The thin paper sheet loaded on the machine can
be adjusted left and right by 50mm to ensure that the surface paper, bottom paper, and triangular board
are in line and maintain a fast adjustment function.
2.Coating system:Under control of high precision coating mechanism, the coating volume of
gluing roller and glue adjusting roller can reach ≤0.08mm, moisture can be controlled from 7% to12%,
and it improves product dryness and stiffness. Automatic glue level control: accurately adjust coating
volume required by different paper to ensure even gluing. Convenient paper separator: separate the
paper from the gluing roller quickly and easy for dismantling, cleaning and calibration of the gluing
roller, wipe the glue back to the roller to prevent roller ends at high speed from glue overflowing, and
it can also adjust back flow to recycle the glue.
3.Conveying system: By using the speed difference between the conveyor and the paper stop, the
paper is caught up with the front paper stopper and synchronized with the side paper stopper for
positioning. The two papers (top paper and bottom paper) can accurately align with the side and front
paper stoppers during movement.
4. Pressurized conveying system: The speed and length of the pressurized conveying paper can be
electrically adjusted, making it easy to convert the size of the cardboard. The paper can be stacked and
pressurized to be conveyed out, or the speed can be increased to press the cardboard separately to be
conveyed out; The newly added pressure roller set can re-pressurize and convey the pressurized
finished products separately, making the products more flat and exquisite
5.Delivery System: Shaking-to-loose type delivery system can shake to loose the overlapped
papers to ensure orderly and smooth delivery of papers, it can increase efficiency and save manual
operation work time. (Non-stop delivery system is optional)
6. Full machine control system :Control system uses movement control system, computer display,
HMI touch screen, it has the real-time monitor display for machine running, pre-warning in time for
quick troubleshooting.
7.Drive System: Drive system uses smooth and even power drive distribution by a complete set of
imported timer belts, it has characteristics of free maintenance, low noise and high efficiency.
