Unlike traditional machines that process one wire at a time, the JH-05B's servo-driven system processes up to 24 wires per cycle. For electronic wires under 200mm, this delivers 350-400 cycles per hour – equivalent to 8,400-9,600 terminated and inserted wires per hour.
Housing changes from 2P to 20P require no tools. Changeover time is reduced from 15-20 minutes to under 3 minutes – critical for manufacturers running small-batch, high-mix production lines.
