Unlike traditional machines that process one wire at a time, the JH-05B's servo-driven system processes up to 24 wires per cycle. For electronic wires under 200mm, this delivers 350-400 cycles per hour – equivalent to 8,400-9,600 terminated and inserted wires per hour.
Housing changes from 2P to 20P require no tools. Changeover time is reduced from 15-20 minutes to under 3 minutes – critical for manufacturers running small-batch, high-mix production lines.
Supports 10 pitches: 0.8, 1.0, 1.2, 1.25, 1.5, 2.0, 2.5, 2.54, 3.0, 3.96mm. One machine covers most standard electronic and automotive housing types.
Built with Inovance/Leadshine servo motors, HIWIN guides, TBI screws, and Airtac cylinders – the same tier of components found on machines costing 2-3x more.
Each terminal and housing is checked. Rejected parts are automatically sorted into an NG bin, preventing defective assemblies from reaching downstream processes.
