CNC turned parts are manufactured from 304 stainless steel with a polished surface finish, delivering a high-gloss metallic appearance. The top of the tube features an elliptical through-hole, while the bottom incorporates an internal threaded structure.

Step 1: In the processing stage, we use high purity 304 stainless steel pipes as raw material. First, we use a CNC loop for precise cutting to ensure that the original length error is controlled to ±0.1mm.

Step 2: Enter the process of CNC lathe, first run an unworked CNC lathe, quickly remove the excess and form an outer circle and an inner opening; The inner and outer surfaces, step surfaces and inner screws are then finely machined during precision machining, to control the key tolerances within ± 0.01 mm, thereby ensuring the accuracy of the screw and the outer cylindrical roundness. The high-pressure coolant is used for cooling throughout the processing, and special cutting tools are used, to prevent deformation of the stainless steel 304 due to the high temperature and to ensure a smooth surface.

Step 3: After finishing the turning, we use CNC drilling technology to machining the upper through hole, ensuring the perpendicularity of the position of the opening to the tube body.

Step 4: Uses the mirror polishing technology: First, the surface traces left during CNC machining are removed by mechanical polishing, and then an electrolytic polishing is carried out in order to reduce the surface roughness below Ra 0.2 um.
