The liquid silicone rubber dosing and batching machine is featured as follows:

1. Machine Structure: The main frame is welded with square steel profiles, ensuring high structural stability and reliability. Sheet metal parts are integrally processed by laser cutting and bending. 4. Vacuum System : Equipped with a rotary vane silent vacuum pump (model XD‑400). Drive motor power: 4 kW. Vacuum pumping capacity: up to 200 m³/h, enabling fast vacuuming to effectively remove bubbles from the material.

5. Electrical Control & Intelligent Functions: Control system: PLC + HMI (human‑machine interface) for intuitive and easy operation. Core functions include: Intelligent calculation of dispensing volume; Digital real‑time monitoring of dispensing status; Programmable automatic dispensing, weighing, emptying and degassing cycles.
