The product's wear resistance is 7 times that of steel idlers, with a friction coefficient as low as around 0.1. This reduces conveyor belt wear and saves 10%-15% of electricity consumption. It also has acid and alkali corrosion resistance, anti-static, and flame retardant properties. It operates stably in the temperature range of -40℃ to 60℃, weighs only one-third of traditional idlers, and is easy to install and maintain.

The surface does not adhere to materials, has low operating noise, and the service life is extended by 2-3 times, effectively reducing operation and maintenance costs. It is suitable for harsh working conditions such as mines, chemical plants, ports, and power plants. The diameter ranges from φ89mm to φ159mm, and supports a belt width of 500mm to 3000mm for customization. It is an ideal solution for efficient and energy-saving conveyance.
