PDC for Bearing are engineered for downhole thrust and radial bearing systems in oil and gas drilling applications. Made with high-quality polycrystalline diamond and a tungsten carbide substrate, they provide excellent wear resistance, low friction, and high load-bearing capacity. These inserts ensure stable operation, extended service life, and reliable performance under high temperature, high pressure, and abrasive drilling conditions.

PDC Radial Bearing consists of a rotating inner ring and a fixed outer ring, with PDC composite cutters brazed on their circumferential surfaces. During operation, the PDC surfaces rub against each other, providing very low friction along with high hardness, wear resistance, thermal conductivity, and corrosion resistance. This makes PCD radial bearings ideal for abrasive, sand-laden fluids, acid–base environments, and other harsh conditions. They can withstand high loads, and due to their low wear rate, service life ranges from 1,000 hours to several years, depending on the application..
