A long-life green laser tube, combined with X/Y/Z + A/B rotation and tilting axes, can accommodate transparent workpieces such as crystal, glass, acrylic, and PET up to 300 × 400 × 100 mm in size, enabling true 3D internal engraving in a single pass. The laser focus "invisibly" explodes point by point inside the material, leaving the surface still mirror-smooth. The process is dust-free and odorless, making it more environmentally friendly than traditional pneumatic marking machines. It is the preferred choice for creating crystal portraits, large trophies, and hollow transparent glass in the advertising and souvenir industries. If the customer also needs to engrave serial numbers on the trophy base or medal frame, a miniature pneumatic marking machine can be connected in parallel, sharing the same fixture and control system with this laser marking machine – the five-axis green light engraves the "heart" inside, while the pneumatic micro-punch "engraves the name" outside, offering a dual-process solution that gives each souvenir an "identity both inside and out."
