1.Product Introduction
ZS-2400 folder gluer machine is used for the adhesive of two-piece boxes and single-piece boxes, including interlocking boxes and straight boxes. It replaced the manual pasting, reducing the labor intensity.Compared with the traditional semi-automatic machine and the above two process, The different working method can also greatly improve product quality.
2. Technical features
ZS-2400 is a new model two-pieces folder gluer machine made by our company according to the needs of the customer and through the analysis of the same type of machine in the market as well as the manufacturing and production techniques. It has the features of labor saving, high efficiency and excellent performance.
2.1The paper feeding part: It uses heavy-duty aviation aluminum supports, paired with linear sliders and support guide rails (Rockwell hardness of 58-62), ensuring a stable structure and flexible adjustment. The suction wall is manufactured through surface grinding combined with machining center processing, delivering high precision and excellent stability.
2.2The suction and paper feeding part adopts a high-power high-pressure fan, and the air volume on the left and right sides is adjustable. When making a straight box, the suction time can be adjusted to be consistent. When making irregular-shaped boxes, the suction and paper feeding time can be automatically adjusted according to the set paper length.
2.3The machine is equipped with six servo motors. Two of them are for feeding, thus to ensure the stability and synchronization of high speed paper feeding and also allows paper size setting separately for sheet A and sheet B , which ensures two different sizes of paper sheets feeding.
2.4The connection and the positioning of the two pieces of paper also uses double servo motors to ensure high accuracy no matter when the machine works at a low speed or at a high speed.
2.5The sliding wall plate in the middle feeding part adopts intelligent one-click adjustment and can be fine adjustment according to the width of the flap. The middle paper feeding mechanism adopts an aluminum bracket and a brush wheel structure (for coated paper). It is equipped with a pneumatic pressure gauge to ensure good gluing. The position of the pneumatic pressure gauge can be adjusted forward and backward, and the pressing time of the pressure gauge can also be adjusted.
2.6Gluing system: The middle gluing part adopts a gluing method of hot melt glue with cold glue, that is, one piece of hot melt glue and one piece of cold glue are applied to the same flap, thus ensuring that the glued boxes will not come apart under high and low temperature conditions.
This machine is also equipped with an upper heating glue tank (pre-melting glue tank), which facilitates the injection of hot melt glue.
Both the middle cold glue tank and the side cold glue tank are self-circulation gluing, which is convenient to operate.
2.7This machine can make both straight box and special shaped box. It adopts four independent front upper gauges, with two sets on each side.The upper front gauge is installed by the high-precision linear guides. Each set of front gauges can be independently adjusted in both the X-axis and Y-axis directions, which is suitable for making irregular-shaped boxes. The front gauge is easy for adjustment, which ensures less order changing time.
2.8.This machine is a dual-purpose machine which can make both two pieces box and single piece box, and the job exchanging can be completed in 2 seconds.
2.9.This machine is equipped with a uniquely structured pre-folding part, it increases the production speed and improves the gluing accuracy of the second flap as well, to avoid scissors gaps or uneven openings in the box.
2.10.Forming part: The opening and closing of the mechanical arm is driven by servo motors, and both the opening and closing angle and the action duration can be adjusted. The mechanical arm is equipped with rollers to ensure the paper with less friction and no scratches when it is transferred. and it can also avoid the scissor gaps of the second flap. After the paper is combined, it is transferred backward to facilitate the smooth transportation to the paper collection part.
2.11.When the palletizing reaches the set number, it automatically enters into the pressing part. After being pressed by the pressing plate for a certain period of time, the carton can be used.

4.Installation and operation attentions
4.1 Installation and wiring
4.1.1 It needs 10cm thick cement floor, but it requires relatively good surface flatness.
4.1.2 When the machine is installed, the drive surface must be about 1m away from the wall for operation and daily maintenance.
4.1.3 The input power of this machine is 380V ac power supply, with zero line and ground line, please follow the wiring diagram.Be sure to install the ground wire!!!
4.1.4 The air pressure reached 0.6mpa before operation, operation method: First turn on the power of the machine,then turn on the power switch on the button board, in the parameter setting of the touch screen, input parameters such as paper parameters and suction length, etc, then press the power-on button, operation button, blower switch, then machine can be started, check whether all the movements and functions of the machine are normal, it can be started if normal.
4.1.5 The temperature controller is the controller that heats the hot melt glue, when working normally, set the temperature, choose the automatic way to carry on the work. If you go to work the next day, you can heat it manually in advance, or you can use the automatic setting for pre-heating.
4.2 Operating items
4.2.1 The machine must be started after melting of hot melt glue.
4.2.2 According to the size and thickness of the paper, to adjust the position of side gauge, suction belt and feeding knife pressure, ensure the continuity and smoothness of the paper.
4.2.3 Transfer the paper into the middle part. Then, adjust the position of the paper feeding belt according to the paper size. After that, adjust properly the side paper alignment push gauge, pressure gauge, front gauge, pre-folding and forming mechanical arm.
4.2.4 Add glue into the bucket, adjust the control knob according to the glue and paper properties, so that it can reach the amount of glue needed at work.
4.3 Daily maintenance
4.3.1 Each connecting rod mechanism should be added lubrication oil regularly.
4.3.2 Each bearing should be added lubrication oil regularly.
4.3.3 The bearing of the hot paste drum needs to be added high temperature grease (temperature resistant to 250℃).
4.3.4 Wipe the machine regularly, especially before the adjustment the middle part, it need to wipe the six square shaft and the optical axis, to avoid dust accumulation, influence regulation.
4.3.5 Wash the cold glue tank regularly.
