Gear oil pump has been widely used because of its advantages of simple structure, convenient processing, reliable operation, long service life and high pump oil pressure. At the same time, the oil pump is mainly composed of transmission gear, pump body, internal and external rotor, drive shaft, pump cover and pressure limiting valve. Its working principle is that when the engine starts running, the driving gear in the camshaft effectively drives the transmission gear on the oil pump and makes it rotate, thus fully driving the driven gear to reverse rotation [1]. This creates a low pressure in the intake chamber, which in turn creates pressure suction to draw oil from the sump into the oil chamber. At the same time, because the main and driven gears are always running, oil is continuously delivered to all parts of the engine that need lubrication.
