Cyclopentadimethylsiloxane is a low-viscosity volatile silicone oil, composed of five dimethylsiloxane units. At room temperature, it appears as a colorless and transparent liquid with a low viscosity. The volatility of cyclopentadimethylsiloxane is just right, it has good stability, can be compatible with many oil-soluble components, and at the same time improves the spreading property of the product, ensuring that the texture of the product is not heavy after use, and can maintain a smooth, light and non-greasy touch. Polydimethylsiloxane cross-linked polymers are three-dimensional network structure derivatives formed by the cross-linking reaction of polydimethylsiloxane.
