Cocamamide propyl PG-dimethyl ammonium chloride phosphate is a cationic surfactant.  It is derived from coconut oil and thus has mildness.  It carries a cationic charge and can adsorb the negatively charged keratin on the surface of hair, forming a mild moisture barrier on the surface, reducing irritation, and providing a soft, anti-static and smooth feeling.  It also has certain foaming and auxiliary cleaning capabilities at the same time.

Cocamide propyl PG-dimethyl ammonium chloride phosphate is soft, light and not heavy, and easy to rinse. It can enhance wet combing, softness, foam fineness and overall user experience. It has extremely low irritation, excellent conditioning and antistatic properties, is very gentle on the skin and eyes, and can effectively reduce tangles between fibers or hair strands while cleaning.
