Accurate AB Ratio Control for Consistent Potting

The 3 Axis AB Epoxy Resin Dispenser is built for production lines that use two-component epoxy, PU, polyurethane or silicone adhesives. It uses separate A and B material paths and supports fixed mixing ratios from 10:1 to 1:1. Operators can enter the required ratio on the industrial touchscreen, save different settings and call them up when changing products. The system also calculates the matching B material amount automatically, so there is no need to work out the ratio by hand each time.

The A and B tanks hold 30L each. The A tank supports heating, stirring and vacuum functions, while the B tank provides stirring and vacuum functions. Heating can be set from room temperature to 60°C, and vacuum treatment helps remove air before dispensing.
