That's why this machine can be equipped with AOI inspection software that automatically checks dispensing results, identifies abnormal products, and classifies defects without relying on manual inspection. If glue weight changes unexpectedly, the optional weighing module detects the issue immediately, helping engineers correct the process before defective products continue down the line.
