Custom ABS plastic injection molding products refer to products that are manufactured through the injection molding process using ABS (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene) plastic as the raw material and are customized according to specific requirements.

Key Advantages

Excellent processability: High melt fluidity, easy to fill complex mold cavity shapes (suitable for parts with intricate details/ribs); low molding temperature (190-230°C), short cycle time, and hence suitable for mass production.

Balanced mechanics: High impact resistance (no brittle fracture below room temperature), good rigidity and tensile properties, and hence suitable for most structural parts without the need for reinforcement.

Easy post-processing: Suitable for electroplating (e.g., chrome-plated ABS decorative parts), spray painting, silk-screen printing, hot stamping, and frosting; high-gloss ABS parts can be molded to obtain a mirror surface without the need for polishing.

Cost-effectiveness: Lower raw material cost compared to other engineering plastics like PC, PEEK, and PA66; mold design simplicity and low molding energy consumption, hence lowering the overall cost of production.

Customization of modification: ABS can be blended with PC to obtain ABS/PC alloys with high heat resistance, filled with glass fibers to obtain high rigidity, and/or flame retardants/UV stabilizers according to the application scenario.
