These premium embroidered patches adopt computer embroidery craftsmanship to deliver vivid, textured logo presentations for apparel and accessories.
Our Embroidered Patches support merrowed edge or laser cut edge finishing. We provide 50%/75%/100% full coverage embroidery, as well as multi-technique combinations to add value to your brand. The base fabric options include twill, cotton, polyester and felt; embroidery threads cover polyester, rayon and metallic gold/silver thread. Patch thickness ranges from 0.8–3mm, varying by embroidery density. We match colors strictly according to the Pantone color chart, supporting up to 9 colors.
Multiple attachment methods are available for our Embroidered Patches: sewing, iron-on adhesive backing, self-adhesive glue and hook-and-loop (Velcro). LOGO, shape, embroidery density and backing type are all customizable. We offer sampling service for confirmation before mass production. The size range is fully customizable, with standard sizes from 20mm–300mm, and irregular shapes are supported.
These Embroidered Patches fit many industries, including apparel, children's wear, bags & luggage, footwear & headwear, toys, outdoor goods and crafts. They can be used together with Silicone Printing Label, hang tags and other textile trims to enrich brand decoration and gift packaging from the Decoration And Gift Series.
