Different from flat marking solutions such as Flat Woven Label and Satin Woven Label, Silicone Printing Patches adopt professional silk-screen printing technique. The base material can be polyester webbing, cotton tape, nylon tape or TPU film, paired with eco-friendly liquid silicone ink to create thick coating and prominent 3D embossed texture.
With flexible width and unlimited length, Silicone Printing Patches support continuous printing and cutting, with a minimum line width of 0.3mm. The thickness ranges from 0.2–1.0mm; stacking more printing layers will increase the silicone relief height. We support Pantone color matching, solid or semi-transparent effects, as well as multi-color overprinting.
There are two main attachment methods: sewing fixation, or heat-press transfer for TPU film base versions. Full customization is available, including LOGO patterns, fonts, silicone relief thickness, base material selection and cutting dimensions. Widely used for children's wear, sportswear, streetwear, bags & luggage, headwear and outdoor goods.
For samples, a mesh screen fee applies and will be refunded when bulk order is placed. The MOQ is 3000pcs / meters. Sample lead time is 5–7 days, and bulk production takes 7–10 days.
