The QT9-18C is a heavy-duty brick making machine designed for large-capacity production. As a stable automatic concrete block machine, it ensures high efficiency and consistent quality. This unit also works as a reliable hydraulic block machine and a durable interlocking brick machine, supporting long-hour running. It is a cost-effective high quality brick making machine ideal for industrial factories producing standard bricks, hollow blocks, and pavers.

1. The main machine adopts a high-strength moving beam steel structure with four-column guidance. The aggregate lifting frame is hydraulically driven and can be easily adjusted according to mold height.

2. The guide columns are made of ultra-high-strength special steel with hard chrome plating, providing excellent wear resistance.

3. The aggregate distributor adopts a fork-swinging type, featuring faster material distribution and higher compaction.4. Suspended four-way positioning aggregate cart (Patent No. ZL 2012 2 0394056.6) runs with low resistance and low power consumption, eliminating interference between the scraper and mold caused by pallet thickness errors.

5. The aggregate hopper is equipped with an electric gate, whose opening can be adjusted according to material consumption.

6. The lower mold is locked by an airbag, which fully releases vibration force during forming to achieve higher product compaction.

7. The vibration system adopts servo control. Taking advantage of the high speed and high torque of servo motors, it generates instant excitation force to improve forming speed and product density.

8. Electrical components of the control system are from internationally renowned brands such as Omron, Siemens and ABB, ensuring stable operation. System parameters can be set and modified via the touch screen.

9. The hydraulic system uses imported Yuken double proportional solenoid valves to precisely adjust flow and pressure for optimal forming performance. The integrated hydraulic station automatically controls oil temperature, ensuring long-term continuous operation
