This anti-corrosion laminated film galvanized steel consists of a galvanized steel substrate bonded with a cross-linked polymer film containing corrosion inhibitors. When the film is mechanically damaged, the inhibitors migrate to the affected site and suppress further rust propagation, providing a self-healing effect. The film withstands 2,000 hours of salt spray exposure per ASTM B117 and remains stable across a service temperature range from -40°C to +120°C. Its hydrophobic surface repels moisture and airborne contaminants, minimizing the risk of pitting and blistering at vulnerable points such as cut edges, fasteners, and welds.
