Classical Swine Fever Vaccine, Live (Rabbit Origin)
This Live Vaccine is premium Veterinary Medicine applied via Injection. It safeguards pigs against classical swine fever and offers long-lasting immune protection for swine herds.
COMPOSITION:
This product contains the attenuated classical swine fever virus strain
(rabbit lymph node tissue virus or rabbit blood tissue virus, CVCC AV1412).
Each head dose contains at least 150 rabbit infectious doses.
PROPERTIES:
Sponge - like loose mass, easy to separate from the bottle wall, and rapidly dissolves after adding diluent.
INDICATION：
It is used to prevent classical swine fever. Immunity is produced 4 days after vaccination.
For piglets without maternal antibody after weaning, the immune period is 18 months for the rabbit lymph
node - derived vaccine and 12 months for the rabbit blood - derived vaccine.
DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION:
Intramuscular or subcutaneous injection. Dilute according to the head dose marked on the bottle with physiological saline to 1 head dose/ml, 1.0 mL per head.
In areas without classical swine fever outbreaks, piglets without maternal antibody after weaning need to be vaccinated once. When there is a threat of an outbreak, piglets can be
vaccinated twice, at around 21 - 30 days of age and 65 days of age respectively.
Before weaning, piglets can be vaccinated with 4 head doses of the vaccine to prevent the interference of maternal antibodies and the reduction of immune effect.
PRECAUTION
1.It should be transported under refrigerated conditions below 8°C.
2.After the using unit receives the vaccine with cold packaging, if the storage environment is above 8°C and below 25°C, it should be used within 10 days from the time of receiving the
vaccine.
3.Local disinfection should be carried out during vaccination.
4.After vaccination, close observation should be made. If an allergic reaction occurs, epinephrine should be injected in time for treatment.
5.After dilution, if the temperature is below 15°C, it should be used within 6 hours; if the temperature is between 15 - 27°C, it should be used within 3 hours.
6.Used vaccine bottles, instruments and unused vaccines should be harmlessly treated.
