10+10 Overlay Wear-Resistant Plate (CCO Chromium Carbide Overlay Plate)

10+10 overlay wear-resistant plate, also known as bimetallic hardfacing composite plate, consists of 10mm mild steel base plate + 10mm chromium carbide overlay layer.

The overlay layer is formed by automatic open-arc / submerged arc hardfacing, densely distributed with hard Cr₇C₃ chromium carbide crystals. The surface hardness reaches HRC 58–65. The base substrate provides excellent toughness and impact resistance, while the alloy overlay delivers superior abrasion resistance.

It features metallurgical bonding between two layers without peeling. The plate can be plasma cut, bent, drilled and welded conveniently. Its service life is 3–5 times longer than NM500 wear steel and 15–20 times that of ordinary carbon steel.

Typical Applications: Rock Drilling Tools, Top hammer Bits, DTH drill bits, Mine chute liners, hopper liners, crusher liners, conveyor troughs, cyclone separators, suitable for severe abrasive working conditions in iron ore mines, metallurgy, cement and aggregate processing.

Standard Spec: Total thickness 20mm; customized sizes available.
