We draw the wire, weave it to a precise square mesh, and then bake on a blue, green, or dark green enamel coating. The result is a screen that keeps mosquitoes and flies out while letting air and daylight through. The enamel finish seals the wire against light rust and can be wiped clean with a damp cloth.
Most of our customers are window fabricators and hardware wholesalers who buy this mesh in standard rolls — 2 to 6 feet wide and 50 to 300 feet long — and cut it to size for each window job. We can also private‑label the rolls and pack them in your branded cartons or plastic bags. If you need a different roll width or length, we can produce it to order — minimum quantities apply for custom sizes.

For general residential use, 18×18 mesh is the most popular — it stops small mosquitoes and gnats but still lets the breeze through. If the main concern is larger insects like flies, 14×14 or 16×16 works fine and gives a clearer view out the window.
The baked enamel finish is designed for standard outdoor use. It resists peeling, fading, and light rust under normal weather. For coastal areas with salt air, enamelled iron mesh isn't the best choice — the salt will eventually cause rust. In those conditions, we recommend looking at our stainless steel or aluminium window screen options instead.
