This holder accepts four AA (LR6) cells in series, delivering 6V output. The housing is molded from UL94 V-0 rated PBT or glass‑filled nylon, featuring integrated snap‑fit battery latches that provide audible click feedback when cells are fully seated. Contacts are nickel‑plated phosphor bronze (positive) and pre‑loaded coil springs (negative), rated for 3A continuous. Key specs: contact resistance <30mΩ, operating temperature -20°C to +70°C, retention force 150–200g per cell. Available with 150mm wire leads (red/black) or PCB solder tabs. RoHS, REACH, UL (E472792) compliant.

Applications: portable lighting, medical monitors, handheld instruments, children’s toys, backup power, and DIY electronics. Usage: insert each AA battery positive‑end first into the snap‑type retainer; the latch engages with a click. To remove, depress the latch and lift the battery. Connect wires or solder tabs to your circuit. Precautions: do not mix old/new batteries, avoid reverse polarity, max 3A.
