Equipped with a premium clear PC cover, it delivers seamless 360° viewing and uniform luminous effects without dark corners, ensuring stunning full-angle light display performance.
Adopting standard DMX512 control system, the tube supports 44 frames per second ultra-smooth playback, with flexible manual and auto-addressing customized options. It enables professional 3D pixel mapping via software programming, allowing users to freely customize diverse dynamic light effects and creative lighting patterns for personalized scene creation.
Built with comprehensive safety protection mechanisms, the fixture is equipped with short circuit, over current and over temperature protection functions, effectively avoiding equipment damage and ensuring stable long-term operation. 1. Q: The lights flicker after powering on.
A: Replace the power supply to reduce voltage fluctuations, and minimize parallel loads in the circuit.
2. Q: Some LEDs are not lit / Color distortion
A: This is 99.9999% unlikely to occur, as all ISEELED fixtures undergo rigorous inspection before leaving the factory. Therefore, there is absolutely no need to worry about this issue.
3. Q: Color deviation or inconsistent color rendering
A: ISEELED lighting fixtures of the same model within the same order or batch all use the same LED strip model. If a problem occurs, please reset the controller parameters and recalibrate the RGB color values.
4. Q: Signal interruption or loss of control in sections?
A: Add shielding to signal cables, install signal amplifiers for longer runs, and shorten individual cable lengths. This issue typically occurs with SPI lighting fixtures. If the installation site has high levels of noise and interference, we recommend using ISEELED’s DMX LED lighting fixtures.
5. Q: Excessive heat generation in the light tubes
A: Limit the number of loads per power supply and avoid enclosed installations. In particular, when lighting up LED strips, unroll them completely before powering on. The DMX LED Panels, DMX LED Tubes, and DMX LED Pixel Lights provided by ISEELED are designed with long-term durability in mind. They come with a 3-year warranty.
6. Q: No response when powered on
Recommendation: Verify the positive and negative connections, check the power supply output voltage, and restart the controller to reset the system.
7. Q: Stuttering in lighting programs and delays during transitions
A: Streamline the animation program files, reduce the total number of LED strips, and update the controller firmware.
8. Q: Water ingress and damage due to failed waterproofing
Recommendation: Seal the connectors with silicone sealant, avoid areas exposed to rain or standing water, and for outdoor installations, select LED luminaires with an IP65 rating or higher provided by ISEELED.
9. Q: Issues regarding the number of LED power supplies used and wiring.
A: If your company does not have dedicated electrical personnel, please consult ISEELED’s sales engineers. We will provide appropriate recommendations based on your complete installation drawings, including the number of LED fixtures, the number of LED power supplies and their wiring specifications, as well as the number of LED controllers and their wiring specifications.
