This series adopts HPV variable displacement axial piston main pump, the core hydraulic power component for Komatsu 3.5–4.5 ton compact mini excavators, matched with Komatsu proprietary CLSS Closed-Center Load Sensing System to achieve energy-saving, multi-action synchronous operation.

Structure Composition

1. Main Piston Pump Body: Swashplate-type variable piston assembly, reinforced swashplate and heavy-duty bearings to bear frequent impact loads;

2. Integrated Pilot Gear Pump: Built-in auxiliary gear pump, provides pilot pressure for valve control, travel steering and swing braking;

3. CLSS Flow Control Valve Group: Real-time adjusts pump displacement according to load demand, avoids unnecessary power waste;

Working Mechanism

Engine drives the cylinder block to rotate, plungers reciprocate along the swashplate to complete oil suction and pressure output. CLSS detects load pressure of boom, arm, bucket and travel circuits in real time, dynamically changes swashplate angle to match output flow, realizing simultaneous digging, traveling and slewing without power drop.
