I. Mechanical Structural Features

High‑rigidity integrated base: The gear reducer, water tank housing and take‑up box are integrated into one base. The heavy‑duty complete machine delivers excellent shock resistance, suitable for continuous heavy‑load production with large incoming wire diameter and high tension, and allows easy hoisting and installation.

Heavy‑load transmission system: Large‑module hard‑tooth gears (8‑10 module herringbone gears and bevel gears), 40Cr quenched gear shafts. It features high torque capacity and fatigue resistance, resisting gear tooth breakage and wear under long‑term heavy‑load operation.

Large‑diameter hard capstans: Large‑size 560/630 mm capstans with optional tungsten carbide spraying / high‑frequency quenching. Wear‑resistant performance reduces sliding wear of wire rods and extends capstan service life.

Reinforced bearings and sealing: Equipped with heavy‑load bearings and multi‑channel waterproof sealing structures. Emulsion is prevented from entering the transmission box, lowering failures caused by oil leakage and water ingress.

II. Process Performance Features

Large incoming wire diameter & multi‑pass drawing: Incoming wire diameter reaches 5.5‑6.5 mm with 8‑12 drawing passes. A single machine achieves high total reduction ratio, applicable for high‑strength wires such as high‑carbon steel wire, rope‑making steel wire, bead wire and stainless steel wire.

Immersion‑type water‑cooling lubrication: Capstans and dies are submerged in wire‑drawing liquid to fully cool wire rods and dies. It produces smooth wire surface with low die consumption and adapts to high‑speed continuous production.

Stable tension: Variable‑frequency / PLC constant‑tension control ensures high synchronization accuracy of capstans. Wire breakage is minimized, finished wire diameter stays uniform and internal stress remains stable.

Suitable for medium‑thick to medium‑fine finished wires: Compared with ordinary small water‑tank drawing machines, it performs better in wet drawing of thick‑gauge wires, yet is not fit for ultra‑fine wires.

III. Electrical System & Control

High‑power main motor (55‑110 kW class) with variable‑frequency speed regulation. Compatible with two take‑up modes: elephant‑nose take‑up and spool take‑up.

Optional functions: wire‑break protection, overload protection, temperature & liquid‑level monitoring and human‑machine interface, facilitating parameter storage and commissioning.

IV. Applicable Working Conditions

Processing materials: high‑/medium‑low carbon steel wire, rope‑making steel wire, bead wire, galvanized steel wire, stainless steel wire, etc.

Application scenarios: Mass continuous production in metal product factories with high requirements for equipment durability and continuous running time.
