It offers low density, imposes minimal structural load, and possesses excellent bending resistance, making it suitable for subsequent roll forming and bending processes. Coating Process:Manufactured using an automated pre-coating process involving "two-coat/two-bake" to "four-coat/four-bake" cycles. The white topcoat usually consists of polyester or fluorocarbon (PVDF) materials, with a front-side coating thickness of up to 25 μm; the reverse side features a specialized anti-corrosion coating, ensuring strong resistance to UV-induced aging. Orange-Peel Texture: A uniform, textured orange-peel pattern is created through mechanical embossing. This enhances surface slip resistance and minimizes the visual impact of minor scratches.
