This battery holder features precise dimensional control with overall outer dimension of 72.0±0.5mm in length, 33.7±0.5mm in width and 31.2±0.3mm in height, equipped with 150±5mm long UL1007 24AWG wires with 5±1mm stripped and tinned wire ends for convenient soldering or wiring connection. Made of black PP resin with UL94-HB flame retardant grade base material, the product adopts 1.00mm thick 65C spring steel nickel-plated springs and nickel-plated brass conductive contacts to guarantee stable elastic clamping and excellent electrical conductivity. For installation, users only need to place two D-size batteries into the insulated plastic housing in correct polar direction, fix the holder via reserved mounting holes with 2.4mm aperture, then connect the tinned wire terminals to your device’s power circuit. This battery holder strictly complies with RoHS environmental standard, avoiding hazardous substance pollution during application.
