Product Description

Polyether Polyurethane Film is extremely easy to weld via high frequency or hot pressing processes. It features excellent biocompatibility, is non-toxic, non-allergenic, non-irritating locally, and non-pyrogenic, ensuring safe use and suitability for a variety of direct processing scenarios.

It boasts outstanding water resistance, with no obvious hydrolysis occurring within 1-2 years in turbid water environments; the polyether series offers even better hydrolysis resistance. The polyester series can decompose completely in specific high temperature water environments, making it an excellent eco-friendly material. For products requiring frequent water contact, the polyether series is recommended.

Thermoplastic Polyurethane Film has a wide temperature resistance range, with heat resistance up to 120℃ and cold resistance down to -50℃. It also exhibits excellent corrosion resistance, waterproof and moisture permeable properties, and antibacterial performance, along with wind resistance, mildew resistance, thermal insulation, UV resistance, and many other excellent functions, meeting the application requirements of various fields.
