Customization Options
The flowers, background, wording and color palette can all be adapted for a specific market or product collection. The central “Thank You” message may be replaced with “With Appreciation,” “You’re Amazing,” another short greeting or wording in the buyer’s local language. Roses, tulips, wildflowers or seasonal blooms can also replace the existing mixed bouquet.
A logo, company name, campaign information or product code can be printed on the card back, envelope or packaging. Buyers may also customize the paper material, printing finish, envelope color, barcode label and individual packing. Customers can provide completed AI or PDF artwork, sketches, reference images or a general concept for further development. The standard MOQ is 500 pieces per design, and sample development normally takes 7–10 working days after the artwork and specifications are confirmed.
The card uses a 90-degree structure that presents the bouquet against an upright background. Flower layers are positioned at different depths to create volume without using an overly complicated mechanism. This construction allows the finished 3D thank you card to stand steadily on a desk, shelf or retail display while remaining compact when folded.
The same general structure can be developed into a series of unique thank you cards by changing the flowers, message and printed background. Buyers can create several coordinated designs while retaining a consistent card size, envelope and packaging format. This is useful for brands planning an everyday appreciation collection or corporate programs requiring multiple visual versions.
Factory Advantages
HPScard coordinates artwork adaptation, paper engineering, printing, die-cutting and manual assembly in one production process. Before final approval, a physical paper mockup is used to check the flower spacing, fold positions, opening movement and standing balance. This allows structural problems to be corrected before bulk production begins.
During production, the cutting position, fold alignment and placement of the flower layers are controlled according to the approved sample. Completed cards are checked to confirm that they open smoothly, stand correctly and keep the raised wording aligned with the bouquet. Production records can be retained for repeat orders to help maintain consistent colors, materials and assembly standards.
Packaging Options
Standard packaging is one card with one matching envelope in an OPP bag. Buyers may also choose paper sleeves, printed envelopes, barcode labels, branded stickers or individual gift boxes. For coordinated retail collections, several designs can use the same packaging dimensions to simplify display and stock management. Corporate versions can include branded envelopes or outer packaging for customer and employee appreciation programs.
FAQ
1.Can we replace the flowers but retain the same structure?
Yes. Different flower types and color combinations can be developed within the same general 90-degree format, although the new layers still need to be checked during sampling.
2.Can the “Thank You” wording be customized?
Yes. The wording, font, language and color can be changed. A short message is recommended so it remains clearly visible within the bouquet.
3.Can we order several floral designs together?
Several designs can be planned as one collection, but the standard MOQ is 500 pieces per design. Using the same size, structure and packaging can make the collection easier to coordinate.
4.What files are required?
AI or print-ready PDF files are preferred. Buyers without finished artwork can provide sketches, reference images, required wording, brand colors and the intended size.
5.How long do sampling and production take?
Sampling normally takes 7–10 working days after confirming the artwork and specifications. Bulk production generally takes 30–35 working days after sample approval and deposit confirmation.
