Load test run

(1) After familiarizing with the operation of a single cylinder, a load test run can be conducted.

(2) Adjust the system pressure to make the pressure reading approximately 20-25 Mpa. Tighten and secure the nuts. The pressure of the hydraulic motor was already set at around 12 Mpa before leaving the factory, so no further adjustment is necessary. Perform several empty cutting sequences according to the operation sequence.

(3) Add materials to the material box. The load test run is carried out in the form of physical cutting. Cut 1-2 boxes of materials. Observe for any leakage. If there is any, wait for the system to be depressurized before eliminating it.
