This fully automated razor Scribe Machine was custom-engineered to meet specific client requirements. The client sought to apply intricate serial number markings to razor products with a hardness rating of up to 65 HRC, while maximizing automation to minimize manual labor. After evaluating various Dot Peen and Scribe Marking solutions, the client ultimately selected this highly cost-effective approach. Upon receiving the "start marking" signal and serial number data from the MES, a pneumatic ejection mechanism pushes a single razor blade into a guide chute; precise feeding is achieved through the accurate control of the ejection stroke and the use of two custom-height guide rails. By eliminating the need for height adjustments—and thus foregoing adjustable stands in favor of reinforced fixed mounts—the system, combined with a diamond-tipped Scribing Needle and high-pressure pneumatic settings, perfectly fulfills the client's marking specifications. At the end of the guide chute, space has been allocated to accommodate the dimensions of the client's packaging cartons; once marked, the razors drop directly into the cartons, where they are simply placed into blister trays to complete the packaging process. A single operator can simultaneously manage four of these machines, thereby achieving the client's daily production target of marking 5,000 razor blades.

Other solutions on the market may require frequent manual adjustments or complex cooling systems, but our approach proves that precision and efficiency can be achieved with a robust mechanical design and intelligent automation.
