Main Machine

The main machine consists of the shear body and the material box.

1.1 The shear machine body is made of high-quality steel plates welded together, and after precision processing, it is assembled into an integral body.

1.2 The inner surface of the shear machine material box is equipped with protective plates, all made of wear-resistant steel plates, which can significantly extend the service life of the material box.

1.3 The feeding press head is driven by a high-torque, low-speed hydraulic motor through sprockets and chains. Its simple and practical structure achieves low vibration and smooth feeding.

1.4 Guide grooves are installed on both sides of the shear machine pressing head to ensure stable up-and-down operation of the pressing head, effectively reducing the wear damage to the pressing cylinder caused by off-center loads.

1.5 The shear machine scissors slide seat adopts an adjustable V-shaped guide rail design and uses steel and copper friction pair materials to ensure stable and reliable shearing operation.

1.6 The shear machine blade is made of high-quality tool steel through forging, semi-finishing, heat treatment, and fine machining. The blade is symmetrically designed, and all four cutting edges are interchangeable, effectively reducing the wear part consumption for users.
