Product Description

Our 4.5 micron one‑side metallized PET film is a lightweight, high‑performance membrane engineered for critical diaphragm applications. The film consists of a premium polyester (PET) substrate with a uniform metallic coating (typically aluminum) applied only on one side. With a total thickness of just 4.5 µm, it offers an excellent combination of low mass, high tensile strength, and consistent surface conductivity. The non‑metallized side remains as pure PET, providing controlled damping and reliable adhesive bonding when assembled into transducer or acoustic devices. Manufactured under cleanroom conditions, the film exhibits minimal pinholes, excellent thickness uniformity, and stable electrical properties.
