The QT5-20A3Pro is often sold as a cheap brick making machine but don't let that fool you – the vibrator is heavy-duty. It shares technology with larger hydraulic block machine systems, using a proportional valve for smooth start/stop. For contractors who handle broken sidewalks, the interlocking brick machine mould produces pavers that lock together without mortar. The vibration compaction machine runs at 4500 rpm, enough for hollow blocks. As an automatic brick machine, it can be linked to a simple conveyor. The concrete block machine price includes a one-year warranty on the vibration motor. You can upgrade to recycling demolition waste into bricks equipment by adding a magnet separator on the feed belt. The green concrete block machine with vibrator also works with crushed glass as aggregate. Daily output is about 500 standard blocks in eight hours.
