Consider the QT4 when you need large brick making equipment in a compact footprint. The construction waste brick press capability means you can feed crushed brick and concrete rubble without screening. It works as a demolition waste block making machine for urban sites where waste disposal costs are high. The recycled aggregate brick machine setup uses a two-stage vibrator to compact reclaimed materials to full density. Unlike some fully automatic qti5 block machine models, this one has a manual override for testing. The automatic block machine logic is simple – just set cycle time and walk away. It is also a concrete pipe making machine for small-diameter pipes with a special mould. The vertical vibrating pipe machine principle ensures no honeycombing in thick sections.
