Dust free lamination

In the dust-free laminating room, the PVB film is evenly sandwiched between two curved tempered glass sheets, and excess film is trimmed to avoid edge overflow and impurity interlayer.

Vacuum preloading (initial adhesion and air release)

The double-layer glass and film are fed into a pre press machine as a whole, heated at low temperature and rolled by rubber rollers to remove interlayer air and form preliminary bonding; Eliminate residual bubbles, as bubbles can cause white spots and delamination after the high-pressure reactor.
