This 2.54mm Single Row SMT Type Pin Header developed and manufactured by Antenk Electronics serves as a reliable line to board connection component for surface mount circuit assembly. With a fixed 2.54mm pin pitch and customizable pin counts ranging from 1 to 40 positions, the product offers two structural versions Type A and Type B, alongside multiple optional pin lengths and plastic body heights to match diverse PCB layout demands. Constructed with brass contacts and PA6T black insulation material meeting UL94 V 0 flammability standard, this pin header supports various plating options including selective gold flash, different thickness gold plating and tin plating to balance electrical conductivity and anti corrosion performance. It is rated for 3 Amp working current, with minimum 1000MΩ insulation resistance, maximum 20MΩ contact resistance and AC500V dielectric withstanding voltage, capable of stable operation within minus 65 degree Celsius to plus 125 degree Celsius. Users install the connector via standard SMT reflow soldering according to official PCB layout drawings to realize stable circuit connection. Operators must strictly control reflow oven temperature curve to avoid plastic deformation, and store unused connectors in dry sealed packaging to prevent pin oxidation and surface contamination.
