Antenk’s 2.54mm Single Row Right Angle SMT Pin Header is engineered to deliver stable line to board electrical connection for surface mount electronic assembly. This product adopts a standard 2.54mm pin pitch with configurable contact quantities ranging from 1 pin to 40 pins, supplied in two right angle structural versions Type A without locating pegs and Type B with locating pegs. Two optional pin lengths of 6.00mm and 3.00mm plus multiple plastic body height options are available to match different PCB layout requirements. Made of brass contacts and UL94 V 0 grade black PA6T insulating material, the pin header supports various surface plating solutions including selective gold flash, multiple thickness gold plating and tin plating to satisfy different anti oxidation and conductive demands. It features a 3 Amp rated current, 1000MΩ minimum insulation resistance, 20MΩ maximum contact resistance and AC500V dielectric withstanding capacity, working reliably from minus 65 degrees Celsius to 125 degrees Celsius. Users should complete SMT reflow soldering strictly following the official PCB layout drawing to install the connector on circuit boards. Operators need to regulate reflow temperature to prevent plastic housing deformation, and store unused connectors in sealed dry packaging to avoid pin oxidation and surface contamination.
