Socket Welding Flange (SW Flange) is a crucial forged pipe fitting widely applied in small-bore, high-pressure and high-temperature industrial piping systems. Different from other flange types, the SW flange adopts a recessed socket structure, which allows the pipe end to be fully inserted into the flange socket and fixed by fillet welding on the outer side. This unique structural design creates a smooth inner bore without welding protrusions, effectively optimizing fluid flow efficiency and ensuring a fully leak-proof pipeline connection.
All our socket weld flanges are manufactured by integral hot forging and full precision machining, strictly complying with ASME B16.5, ASME B16.47, EN and DIN international standards. We adopt high-quality raw materials including carbon steel, stainless steel and alloy steel, with complete material certification and factory test reports. Each batch of SW flanges undergoes strict non-destructive testing (UT, MT, PT) to eliminate casting defects, ensuring high mechanical strength, pressure resistance and temperature resistance. The finely processed sealing surface features high flatness and tightness, which can perfectly match gaskets to achieve long-term stable sealing performance.
Our SW flange product line covers complete specifications: nominal size ranges from NPS 1/2" to NPS 12" (DN15-DN300), with pressure grades including American standard Class 150-2500 and European standard PN10-PN100.
