When the LiDAR detects an object within the designated warning zone, it will issue an alarm signal. When the LiDAR detects an object within the designated protection zone, it will issue a stop signal, halting equipment operation to prevent hazards.

Moving Hazard Zone Protection

During machine movement, the LiDAR continuously monitors the machine's hazard zones in real time. If an object is detected within a designated “protection zone,” the LiDAR will issue a stop signal. The LiDAR can switch between multiple protection zones based on external signals.

Access Prevention

Access Control Protection

When the laser radar detects someone crossing the protective gate, it issues a stop signal. Controlled equipment halts operation to prevent hazards.

Material-Discriminating Access Protection

The laser radar distinguishes between personnel and materials through detection. The opening size of the protected area switches to the permitted material shape, allowing materials to pass through the protected area. If personnel enter, the equipment stops operating.

Multi-Side Intrusion Protection

When the laser radar detects someone entering the protected area, it issues a stop signal, causing the controlled equipment to cease operation and prevent hazards.
