Manufactured by Huizhou Antenk Electronics Co., Ltd, the ECCS series 3.175mm Slot Straight DIP With Ear Connectors are specially designed to achieve stable signal transmission and reliable electrical connection between circuit boards and plug-in cards. Adopting phosphor bronze brass as contact material with optional gold plating and tin over nickel plating on solder tails, the insulator is made of high-performance PBT or LCP flame retardant material complying with UL94V 0 standard. This connector supports a maximum rated current of 3 Amp, features 5000 megohms minimum insulation resistance and 20 milliohms maximum contact resistance, and can withstand 1000V AC dielectric voltage for one minute, operating steadily within a wide temperature range from minus 55 degrees Celsius to 105 degrees Celsius. The complete production process includes independent mold design and development, precision terminal stamping, plastic injection molding, surface plating treatment, automated assembly and strict electrical performance testing in our professional laboratory. Equipped with imported Taiwan high-speed punching machines and Japanese precision injection molding equipment, this connector provides two DIP pin length options and supports customized pin counts up to 128 pins, with precise dimensional control for both PCB layout and card insertion layout to guarantee stable plugging force and reliable retention.

This slot connector adopts standard through-hole DIP welding installation with positioning ears for fixed PCB mounting, compatible with automatic wave soldering and manual welding operations. It is widely used in industrial control equipment, communication devices, data storage modules, digital instruments, computer peripheral equipment and consumer electronic products. During application, users must strictly follow the recommended PCB and card layout dimensions for assembly, avoid excessive plugging force to prevent terminal deformation, prevent dust and moisture from attaching to contact areas, and control welding temperature and duration to avoid insulator damage.
