Manufactured by Huizhou Antenk Electronics Co., Ltd, the PHDS03 series 2.00mm single row double plastic straight pin header provides stable power supply and high-fidelity signal transmission for PCB interconnection in diverse compact electronic equipment. This product supports pin configurations from 1 pin to 40 pins, adopting brass as contact material with multiple plating choices including gold flash, selective gold plating and tin over nickel plating. The insulator is made of high-performance PA6T flame retardant material conforming to UL94V 0 standard, featuring double plastic positioning structure to strengthen assembly stability. It carries a rated current of 1.5 Amp, with minimum 1000MΩ insulation resistance, maximum 20mΩ contact resistance and 500V AC dielectric withstand voltage, operating steadily in an ultra-wide temperature range from -65℃ to 125℃. Our standardized production process covers independent mold development, precision terminal stamping, plastic injection molding, surface anti-oxidation plating, automatic assembly and full electrical testing. Equipped with Taiwan high-speed punching machines and Japanese precision injection molding devices, we supply two structural types and multiple pin length options with strict tolerance control for PCB layout to meet diverse assembly requirements.

This straight pin header adopts through-hole DIP welding installation, compatible with automatic wave soldering and manual soldering for PCB mounting.
