Manufactured by Huizhou Antenk Electronics Co., Ltd, the AT6351BT male terminal is a high-performance crimp-type contact component designed to match the 6.35mm pitch connector housing for stable power transmission and reliable signal connection in high-current wiring systems. Made of brass material with tin plated surface treatment, this terminal is suitable for AWG 18 to AWG 22 wires, featuring precise structural design and strict dimensional tolerance control to guarantee consistent crimping performance. It supports a rated voltage of 600V AC DC and rated current of 15A, withstands 5000V AC voltage within one minute, with minimum insulation resistance of 1000MΩ and maximum contact resistance of 20mΩ, operating steadily between -25℃ and +85℃. Our complete production process covers independent precision stamping mold development, high-speed continuous stamping, surface anti-oxidation tin plating, finished trimming and strict electrical reliability testing in professional laboratories.
