Manufactured by Huizhou Antenk Electronics Co., Ltd, the FHDM12 series 2.00mm dual row SMT female header provides stable low-current signal and power interconnection for compact miniaturized PCB devices. Per drawing specifications, this dual row socket covers contact quantities from 02 pins up to 80 pins, with black PA6T insulator that meets UL94V-0 flame retardant standard. It adopts brass contacts with multiple plating choices including gold flash, selective gold plating and tin plating to match different anti-oxidation and conductive demands. The connector holds a 1.5A current rating, minimum 1000M ohms insulation resistance and maximum 20M ohms contact resistance, passing 500V AC dielectric withstand test and operating reliably within ultra-wide temperature from minus 65 degrees Celsius to 125 degrees Celsius. Two structural types are available: Type A without locating pegs and Type B with locating pegs, plus two plastic height options H4.3 and H4.5 for diverse assembly space. Our complete production workflow consists of independent precision mold development, high-speed brass terminal stamping, high-temperature PA6T injection molding, anti-corrosion electroplating, automatic assembly and full electrical aging testing. Imported Taiwan high-speed punchers and Japanese precision injection machines keep all PCB layout dimensions under strict tolerance control for stable SMD reflow soldering.

This dual row SMT female header fits automatic tape & reel packaging for high-volume SMT production. Operators place components on printed circuit boards following the official PCB layout diagram and complete reflow soldering, then mate it with matching male pin headers to form complete circuit connection. It is widely used in industrial control modules, communication equipment, automotive small electronics, smart wearable gadgets, digital storage devices, household intelligent appliances and portable precision measuring instruments. During application, users must strictly control reflow temperature curve to avoid PA6T insulator deformation, do not exceed rated current to prevent contact overheating, and store unused connectors in dry sealed bags to avoid brass contact oxidation. All products comply with EU RoHS and REACH environmental rules, most specifications obtain UL certification numbered E472792, and our factory has passed ISO9001, ISO14001 and IATF16949 quality management certifications, supplying tray, bag, tube and tape reel multiple packaging solutions.
