Manufactured by Huizhou Antenk Electronics Co., Ltd, the PDP3W3 series straight DIP male 3W3 power D-Sub connector is engineered to transmit heavy current power signals for industrial power supply equipment. Per drawing specifications, this power D-Sub adopts UL94V-0 rated PBT insulator resistant to 230°C processing temperature, paired with brass power contacts preloaded inside plastic housing and nickel-plated steel shielding shell. It provides four current ratings of 10A, 20A, 30A and 40A with matched contact pin diameters, featuring minimum 5000MΩ insulation resistance, 1000V AC dielectric withstand capacity and maximum 30mΩ contact resistance, operating stably within ultra-wide temperature range of -55°C to +125°C. Five mounting structures are available for customers: no accessories, rear rivet, front rivet and dual ground stand-off versions. Our full standardized production workflow includes independent precision mold development, high-speed brass terminal stamping, high-temperature PBT injection molding, multi-layer gold electroplating, steel shell stamping, automatic preloading assembly and strict high-current aging testing. Supported by Taiwan high-speed punchers and Japanese precision injection molding machines, all PCB layout dimensions are precisely controlled within tight tolerances for stable through-hole wave soldering.
This straight through-hole power D-Sub plug adopts DIP wave soldering installation. Operators fix the straight pins onto printed circuit boards following the official recommended PCB layout, then mate it with corresponding female D-Sub receptacles to complete high-current power transmission loops. It is widely deployed in industrial control racks, servo drive power modules, communication power cabinets, new energy charging equipment, automotive test instruments and high-power precision measuring devices. During operation, users must select matched current grade contacts to avoid overload heating, control soldering temperature reasonably to prevent PBT insulator deformation, and store unused connectors in dry sealed packaging to stop brass contacts and steel shells from oxidation. All products comply with EU RoHS and REACH environmental standards, most specifications obtain UL certification numbered E472792, and our factory holds ISO9001, ISO14001 and IATF16949 quality management certifications.
Compared with other connector manufacturers, Antenk owns more than 250 sets of self-developed plastic molds and 180 sets of precision metal stamping molds, supporting flexible customization of current rating, contact gold plating thickness, housing color and mounting structure for this 3W3 power D-Sub series. Our 10000-square-meter manufacturing plant with 250 professional staff is equipped with over 180 automatic assembly machines and 20 sets of professional testing equipment, ensuring consistent batch quality and fast bulk order delivery. As a Guangdong Famous Trademark certified enterprise, more than 70 percent of our industrial power connectors are exported to global markets. Our multi-stage incoming, in-process and finished product inspection system delivers outstanding high-temperature resistance and stable shielding performance, effectively reducing industrial equipment power supply failure risks and establishing long-term trusted cooperative partnerships with customers across Europe, America, Southeast Asia and other international regions.
